General Questions

When and where is your Festival?

The Festival is taking place from May 23 to June 1, 2025 at TIFF Lightbox.

Is your Festival accessible?

Is there a printed Program Guide?

No. This year’s Program Guide is fully online via our Festival program page here.

How do I watch films?

The best way to experience the Festival is by purchasing a ticket package. Inside Out offers a variety of different ticket packages (6-pack ticket package, Gala package, and Digital package) that you can explore. Individual tickets for in-person and digital screenings are also available for purchase.

Ticketing

How do I purchase tickets?

Browse the full program online on our Festival page to view all available screenings. Once you find a film you would like to watch, click Buy Tickets (Limit 4 tickets per person, per film).

Many films are available both in-person and digitally. Please make sure you’re selecting the screening format you want before checking out.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes.

If you purchased a ticket for an in-person screening, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket attached.

If you purchased a ticket for a digital screening, you will receive an email when it is time to watch the film. This email will direct you to Inside Out’s online watching platform. Digital screenings will become available at 12:00PM on the day after the in-person screening.

 

Can I refund or exchange my tickets?

No, refunds are not available. All sales are final, so please ensure your order is correct before completing your transaction.

Can I stream digital screenings outside of Toronto?

Yes! Our digital screenings are available to watch across Ontario.

You must be located in Ontario to stream our digital programming, as all content is geo-blocked to the province.

Venue

Where is TIFF Bell Lightbox located?

TIFF is located at 350 King Street West, at the corner of King St W and John St, in Toronto’s Entertainment District.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. TIFF Lightbox is fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, and designated seating in all cinemas.

How do I get to TIFF?

Subway

TIFF Lightbox is closest to St. Andrew subway station on Line 1. TIFF is a 450m or 6 minute walk west from the subway

 

Streetcar or Bus

Take the King streetcar (Route 504). The closest stop is John St. This will bring you directly in front of TIFF Lightbox.

 

GO Transit or Via Rail

Take a GO Train, GO Bus or Via Rail train into Union Station, then a 15min walk or transfer to TTC subway (St. Andrew stop) to TIFF Lightbox.

 

Driving

Paid parking is available underneath TIFF Lightbox, but is not operated by TIFF.
