Outbid is Inside Out’s signature holiday fundraiser: part auction, part party, all about giving back. Every ticket sold and every bid placed directly supports Inside Out’s mission to showcase and elevate queer stories through film, arts, and culture.

This year our event is taking place Thursday, November 27, 2025 at East Room (50 Carroll Street, Toronto). The night includes a silent auction, a high-energy live auction, drinks, music, and more, all in support of Inside Out’s year-round work championing 2SLGBTQ+ filmmakers and storytelling.

How do I buy tickets? What is the cost?

You can purchase tickets through our Galabid platform at an early-bird rate of $70.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, East Room (50 Carroll Street) is an accessible venue. The building is equipped with ramps for entry, and there will be various seating options available throughout the space. Please note that the exterior doors and washrooms do not have automatic power buttons.

How does the auction work?

Both silent and live auction will be available via Galabid. You must register online when you purchase your ticket in order to be able to make bids.

  • Silent Auction: Guests can browse items on-site and place bids through our online auction platform.

  • Live Auction: Our host will lead bidding for featured items later in the evening.

Can I preview auction items in advance?

Yes! The full catalogue will be posted online via Galabid before the event so you can plan your bids.
