The Ottawa Art Gallery is fully accessible and welcomes service animals and guide dogs. All films screening will be accompanied with open captions or English subtitles (all languages will be subtitled, including English). All festival films screened via

Refunds and exchanges are not available. All sales are final, so please ensure your order is correct before completing your transaction.

We encourage our patrons to refrain from wearing perfume, cologne and other scented products when visiting the auditorium; however, we cannot guarantee a scent-free environment. Should you have an allergy to scented products and require a change in your seating location, please consult with our venue staff and if possible, we will relocate you to comparable seating.
