General Rules

If you purchase an All-Access pass, you must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before each screening’s scheduled start time to gain access to the theatre. All holds for passes will be released at the 15-minute mark. All entry is subject to capacity.

Rush Policy

Screenings for which advance tickets are no longer available will be eligible for rush sales. Any leftover tickets will be available to those in the Rush Line 15 minutes before the screenings begin. The line forms up to two hours before show time. Rush ticket sales are cash only.

Accessibility

The National Gallery of Canada is wheelchair accessible and welcomes service animals and guide dogs.

All foreign-language films are screened in their original language with English subtitles.

During the Festival, tickets will continue to be available online, as well as at the Inside Out Box Office at the National Gallery of Canada (opening 45 minutes before the start of the first screening each day). 

Unless otherwise indicated, all screenings are restricted to those 18 years of age or older.
