Interests

When Paul (Fionn Whitehead) arrives at the New York City Port Authority he expects to be greeted by his half-sister. Instead he is alone and lost and forced to find his own way in his new city.

On the steps outside of the bus station Paul is transfixed by a group of young voguers, in particular Wye (Leyna Bloom), a trans woman who appears to notice him, too. After a rough start to his new life he seeks Wye out and finds himself immersed in the underground LGBTQ ballroom scene. As he experiences her world love begins to blossom but social expectations threaten to rupture their bond.
