Co-Presentation: Winter Kept Us Warm

Filmed on a shoestring budget by a group of students in 1965, Winter Kept Us Warm is widely considered to be English Canada’s first gay film. The latest in the Queer Film Classics series from McGill-Queen's University Press, writer Chris Dupuis’s monograph delves into Winter’s complex history and legacy. Pitch, Please! + Awards Ceremony

Join us for Pitch, Please! as competitors present a two minute short film pitch to a jury and audience, with one winner taking home a $5,000 production grant.
